Position Overview:
ERG's Arlington, VA, office has an exciting opportunity to support federal energy and water efficiency and sustainable facility efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting energy and water conservation efforts
- Performing extensive quantitative and qualitative data collection, quality assurance, and analysis
- Developing greenhouse gas emissions inventories
- Writing articles, technical reports, and Web content
- Researching and monitoring green building and renewable energy activities
Qualifications:
Candidates should have: a bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, math, mechanical engineering, or related field with 1-4 years of experience; strong quantitative skills; an excellent eye for detail; superb writing and organization skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Access; and a desire to contribute to and excel within a fast-paced and growing team of young professionals. Familiarity with environmental and energy issues, building mechanical systems, green buildings, and database management a plus.
