Position Overview:
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is seeking applicants to fill the position of Energy Efficient Communities Program Implementer in the Energy Efficiency Services Department at its facility located in Bellevue, Washington. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Energy Efficient Communities plan to ensure consistent delivery of EES programs to achieve goals and targets.
The Program Implementer will be responsible for coordinating communication and effective operations between the EE regional Program Coordinators and the Program Manager. The implementer's role is to provide support for the Program Coordinators on the linkage between PSE residential and business energy efficiency program targets with community goals, specifically focused on small business outreach and program tracking.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 3 years experience in a project coordination/management
- Experience coordinating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in assimilating data of various types and constructing user-friendly reports
- Experience in tracking and reporting figures with a high degree of accuracy; technical knowledge, mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently on initiatives
- Experience with community outreach and/or customer service
Desired:
- Basic working understanding of the fields of energy efficiency, corporate responsibility and business sustainability
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written an oral communication skills
- Technical knowledge, mathematical and analytic skills
- Desire to work and contribute in professional team environment with a willingness to engage in "hands-on" activities as necessary
