Madhava Natural Sweeteners, a pioneer and leader in all-natural and organic sweeteners is seeking an Eastern Sales Director to join its dynamic team. Based on the east coast, this person will manage natural/grocery channel sales and be a key component of the sales team.

Position Overview:
As the Eastern Sales Director, you will be tasked with expanding brand distribution and implementing sales and marketing programs to achieve company distribution and volume goals. You will be expected to meet annual sales revenue and profit goals, as well as achieve targeted distribution in new and existing markets and accounts.
You will provide recommendations for market specific programs to increase sales and profit and successfully introduce new items to these markets. You will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and perform annual market level business reviews with brokers, distributors and retailers. Additionally, you will allocate, monitor and manage financial resources to achieve volume and profit goals.
Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial in nature, you are an accomplished sales professional with significant experience and the ability and desire to work individually and as part of a team. You have 5+ years experience working with a CPG company, distributor or broker network and have a proven passion for the food industry. You have the ability and desire to travel extensively and have working knowledge and a strong understanding of both Nielsen/IRI syndicated data and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree as well as experience in grocery and natural food channels is preferred and a home-base on the east coast is required.
