Position Overview: 

Saatchi & Saatchi S is seeking a Director or Vice President, Strategy to provide strategic business leadership and grow our roster of Fortune 500 clients in support of our mission. 

With a passion for making a positive contribution to society every day at work, the Director or Vice President, Strategy is a critical senior partner to the CEO and a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi S management team. You will lead engagements to drive strategic change within organizations. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of purpose and knowledge of sustainability, intuitive personal skills, business development experience and the capability to deliver with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue to meet/exceed company goals - grow, manage, acquire and/or retain a portfolio of key Fortune 500 accounts; build trust, credibility, and gain referrals from existing clients; cultivate new account relationships to increase both revenues and client roster.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of business solutions that create sustainable growth for major corporate clients.
• Design and outline project parameters; manage project execution within budget and on time.
• Make strategic recommendations and develop tactical plans to meet/exceed client expectations, with a keen understanding of client's business needs.
• Establish Saatchi & Saatchi S as a key participant and partner in the client's business.
• Actively contribute to the mission and growth of the organization, participate as part of senior team driving management and growth. 
• Lead Strategy practice; manage, motivate, coach, and develop a team of diverse consultants with varied backgrounds.
• Oversee project resourcing and staffing in consultation with other department leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven account management experience within a consultancy/agency environment; track record leading, managing, and building teams.
• Strategic and creative leadership; ability to think from a cross-functional business perspective for our clients (operations, marketing, sales, legal, HR, etc.).
• Hands on understanding of sustainability as a business driver; appreciation of brand, design and communication. 
• 8 - 10 years of experience working with senior executives of Fortune 500 organizations to create and implement major Employee Engagement, Communications, CSR/Sustainability, Cause Marketing and/or Health & Wellness engagements and initiatives.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships, developing proposals; excellent presentation skills; ability to read an audience.
• Ability to travel, as necessary, for team, client, and Company meetings.
• Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills; team-oriented interpersonal skills and sense of humor.
• Ability to multi-task by managing multiple clients and projects within deadlines.
