Position Overview
Kirksey seeks a visionary leader for our Sustainability and Building Performance team. Continuing our firm’s commitment to integrated design, this Director-level position manages sustainability, building physics and research across a diversity of project types.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to:
- Influence design,
- Client relationship management,
- Advocacy and presentation skills,
- Two years’ managerial experience, and
- Drive and passion.
