Director of Distribution

A Southern California-based organic liquor company -- maker of the world's largest collection of artisan, organic spirits, with product available in more than 40 states -- seeks candidates for Director of Distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and programs with distributors to grow account base and increase sales.
• Manage state-by-state compliance.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be natural problem solvers with exceptional communications, organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be tech savvy.
• 3+ years of sales & distribution experience.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
• College degree.

Compensation:  $36K base.  $20K performance-based.  Significant company stake via options.
