Duties:
- Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and staffing
- Employee relations
- Benefits
- Education/training and community building
- Conflict resolution
- Develop/manage performance incentive program
- Mission implementation
- Legal compliance
- Drafting employee handbook
- Management of HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess strong and well proven strengths in both motivational leadership and retail HR management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management processes and interest in and a commitment to implementing socially responsible business practices.
- Expertise in training and staff education.
- Previous labor relations experience.
- Proficient in Title VII issues and EEO work place investigations.
- Possessing a sense of equilibrium, balance and presence.
- 3 + yrs HR leadership experience preferred, HR consulting experience relevant.
