Director, Human Resources

Duties:

• Key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment and staffing
• Employee relations
• Benefits
• Education/training and community building
• Conflict resolution
• Develop/manage performance incentive program
• Mission implementation
• Legal compliance
• Drafting employee handbook
• Management of HRIS.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should possess strong and well proven strengths in both motivational leadership and retail HR management expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management processes and interest in and a commitment to implementing socially responsible business practices.
• Expertise in training and staff education.
• Previous labor relations experience.
• Proficient in Title VII issues and EEO work place investigations.
• Possessing a sense of equilibrium, balance and presence.
• 3 + yrs HR leadership experience preferred, HR consulting experience relevant.
