At Western Resource Advocates (WRA) we are driving evidence-based solutions to the climate crisis, bringing experts, decision makers, and advocates together to protect and sustain the environment, economy, and people of the Interior West.

From our in-depth, science-based policy analysis to our highly effective legal strategies, we’re using every possible tool to avert the worst impacts of climate change for our communities and future generations.

WRA is hiring an organized and creative Digital Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications Team. The Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for engaging our base of supporters, maintaining, and growing our email list, and ensuring that our website is an effective engagement and advocacy tool. This individual will play a supportive role in developing and managing digital fundraising campaigns, identifying ways to grow our constituent base, and using engagement and marketing strategies to further our programmatic and policy goals.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Digital Engagement Specialist will collaborate with Development, Government Affairs and program staff to drive content marketing and digital campaigns and support fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in email and online marketing, content creation, and project and database management and possess excellent writing and communications skills. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with other marketing and communication professionals, while making an impact for an incredible non-profit.
