Position Overview:
Collects, interprets and reports data from benchmarking surveys among members of the Environmental Health and Safety and Sustainability profession. Creates commercially viable and market-ready surveys that assess the needs of EHS and Sustainability professionals. Works with senior leadership to understand, define and document the overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Fully understand fundamentals of survey development plus have experience in the analysis, report generation and presentation of survey data.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently as well.
- Capable of working with a minimum level of supervision, with acute attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who demonstrates high levels of creativity and innovation.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload while managing multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities to meet the needs of Executive Director and NAEM staff.
- Experience with and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours in order to meet deadlines or to communicate with business colleagues in other time zones.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience producing operational management, and analytical reports including benchmarking surveys. Experience in Environmental and/or Sustainability fields a definite plus. Non-profit or association experience desirable.
