Position Overview:
Boutique engineering firm in Miami, FL seeks experienced Project Manager to manage coastal/marine/waterfront projects and process required permits.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing/completing environmental impact assessments, code compliance reviews, and other technical analyses in coordination with other professional design/consulting team members; and
- Expediting regulatory permits for development projects in Florida and the Caribbean.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have:
- Master's degree in related field such as Marine Biology/Ecology/Geology/Affairs, Coastal/Civil/Structural Engineering, Coastal Zone Management/Planning, or Environmental Science and at least 3 years of experience (or Bachelor's plus 5 years of experience).
- Florida-based experienced is preferred.
- Experience reading architectural/engineering plans and an interest in development/environmental law are a plus.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
