green STANDARDS Ltd is an environmentally and socially conscious organization; rapidly expanding across North America and currently looking for Charitable Coordinators.

This innovative organization that has been developed to support deserving causes while promoting environmental sustainability. We relieve companies of No-Longer-Needed assets (furniture, supplies, equipment) by donating these items to registered charities, non-profits, schools, and health facilities that are in need of additional resources to conduct their work. Across North America we are helping companies give back to their communities and support an environmentally sustainable future.

Position Overview:

The Charitable Coordinator, on a day-to-day basis, will be contacting charities, non-profits, and other organizations; providing them with the opportunity to benefit from available donations. The Charitable Coordinator will also be responsible for updating the available inventory, liaise with various beneficiaries, and contact new organizations that green STANDARDS may be able to assist.

green Standards is looking for an individual with an outgoing personality, an ability to communicate effectively, and strong time management and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be a team player and show initiative and commitment on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to commit and seek advancement
  • Call centre experience; preferably sales
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to undertake and manage multiple duties and projects
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically in Word and Excel
  • Ability to take initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills including time management
  • Adaptable and able to work within a team
  • Post-secondary education an asset, but not required
  • French language skills are an asset, but not required

We are growing fast and in need of committed team members! We're looking for those who can start immediately, and will take initiative and seek advancement.

Compensation:  Will start ASAP @ $13/hr @ 20 hr/wk (Mon-Fri 12am-4pm). Performance review shortly thereafter; for full-time hours
