The Centre for Sustainability & Excellence (CSE) is an international advisory, coaching and training organization, in the advancement of sustainability within the operational and organizational framework of organizations in the private and public sectors.
Position Overview:
CSE is looking for an individual who will support the organization’s operations in the United States, in order to further expand the Company’s consulting and Training services.
The candidate will assist in applying CSE’s marketing strategy in the U.S. Furthermore, via emphasis in Sales (telephone/physical meetings), the candidate is expected to support in efforts to develop new market opportunities.
The candidate will be local to Chicago and work from the CSE office at least 3 days per week.
Qualifications:

Research prospect clients and partners in various regional markets
- Conduct business development via telephone calls and/or physical meetings in the U.S. market.
- Manage the Company’s social media strategy
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate is expected to have experience working in the areas of business development and marketing
- Working knowledge of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
- Candiate is expected to have a working experience of at least 3 years
- Candidate is expected to have professional experience abroad
- Experience in sourcing leads and managing a pipeline
- Experience in the management of social media
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Theoretical understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Climate Change
