BioReactor System Lead

Position Overview:

• Lead the development of ProDalG product. Accountable for system performances
• Lead the technical team
• Capture and maintain the system requirement
• Develop the detailed system architecture, including all technical budget and models
• Complete the preliminary engineering tasks related to specification and design of the system components
• As part of the overall product roadmap, complete the design of initial prototypes
• Lead the subsequent integration, verification and validation activities

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Master Degree of Systems Engineering or a related discipline, accompanied with a minimum of 5 to 8 years working experience in developing bioreactors or chemical reactors.
• Experience of managing technical projects in a start-up environment
• Demonstrated experience working with system engineering methods, tools and standards, and leading multi-disciplined teams.

Additional Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Direct experience of leading the development of bioreactors prototypes
• Experience of introducing new products to market
• Fluent in English, (French would be beneficial)
