Qualifications: 

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 10 years of experience practicing law (in-house counsel or big law firm);
• Experience working closely with renewable energy project developers and/or cleantech companies;
• Passion for renewable energy & extensive knowledge of the cleantech industry;
• Significant portable book of business
