Position Overview:
The Nature Conservancy is seeking a highly motivated, marketing communications professional with a passion for preserving our natural world and the professional track record to take our organization to the next level. The Associate Director plays a key leadership role in Texas and within The Nature Conservancy's regional/national marketing structure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field and minimum 7 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supervising and managing staff and teams.
- Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
- Experience in strategic planning and account managment, including measuring results of strategic plans and programs.
