Responsibilities:

The Assistant Vice President, Structured Finance will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of structured and project financings for our clients:

• Assist in reviewing potential transactions
• Assist in structuring and negotiating transactions with clients and institutional funding partners
• Financial modeling
• Assist in preparation of teasers and CIM's
• Lead underwriting and due diligence
• Manage loan documentation with legal counsel/clients
• Arrange funding
• Monitor transactions

Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

Minimum 3 years experience in structured and/or project finance (energy, real estate, infrastructure)

• Strong credit/financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector preferred but not required
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Ability to work closely with both internal and external partners
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Undergraduate or post graduate degree in business, finance and/or engineering with an excellent academic background
