The Alliance to Save Energy, a national nonprofit coalition of business, government, consumer, and environmental leaders dedicated to increasing energy efficiency worldwide, seeks a new Administrative Assistant for its International Team in Washington, D.C.

The Alliance seeks a creative and motivated individual who has experience and/or interest in the energy efficiency field, who is interested in working for a non-profit organization.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

*Working closely with the International Team Director, Deputy Directors and Program Managers to fulfill the administrative needs of the team

*Providing administrative support to Alliance staff abroad

*Assisting in the preparation of annual and quarterly reports, contracts, papers, proposals and presentations

*Coordinating logistics for meetings and conferences, including catering and note taking

*Preparing international team travel expense vouchers, cash advances, and wire requests

*Maintaining contact information and time sheet entry of overseas staff

*Updating programmatic fact sheets and information packets

Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a B.S. in economics, business, energy or environmental science, or related degree, with strong computer, writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.
