Position Overview:

The Madison Administrative Assistant oversees the daily operations of the largest arm of EcoEnergy, the Wind division. The Administrative Assistant will support the daily operation of the office and assist with special projects as needed.

This position requires an individual that is comfortable with multitasking, prioritizing and working in a busy and interactive office environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent organization skills and a passion for renewable energy are desirable. As the Administrative Assistant will work closely with all members of the Wind Development Group including GIS, energy assessment, real estate, legal, technical and marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk support, answer phones and greet guests
  • Manage expense reports, and invoice processing to Accounts Payable
  • Office management; supplies and equipment, office process development, reference library
  • Execute special project assignments with various departments; real estate, marketing, GIS, project managers
  • Technical writing
  • Process development
  • Development of organizational and promotional materials
  • Inventory management - internal, events, general office

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Computer competencies-Office, Project

Desirable:

  • Degree from an accredited university, college or institution of higher learning
  • Demonstrated record of self-motivated approach and being able to work in a team environment that is fast paced
