Vaha Sustainable Energy is an energy optimization and operational savings company who achieves these goals through energy efficiency consulting, solar power installations and LEED certifications.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time intern who will be assisting us with our marketing and admin needs. Candidates with extraordinary analytical skills may get involved with client project feasibility studies. The time commitment is 20 hours/week. The candidate is expected to work on-site and not from home.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to get excellent exposure to sustainable building practices and renewable energy systems.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Graduated from or studying (senior students only) Business, Marketing or Environmental Sciences
- Energetic, responsible, ethical
- Detail oriented and thorough (very important)
- Deep knowledge of social media to do blog posts, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn entries.
- Commitment to and understanding of sustainability and renewable energies
- Have a reliable car and a laptop
