Description

This exciting fast-growing company provides specialist web-based software to large multi-national companies to help them gather, analyse and communicate their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) data.

Headquartered in Histon, Cambridge, credit360 has an entrepreneurial, team-based culture. Your client management activities are backed up by a dedicated team of developers who both support clients technically and work on adding functionality to the data management system.

Responsibilities:

Client relationships:

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify and exploit opportunities for on-selling credit360 products and developing product enhancements
• Attend client meetings in the UK and abroad - will involve national and international travel and may require some flexibility with working hours
• Conduct client workshops
• Manage projects and support contracts in an effective and efficient way

Internal relationships:

• Manage and prioritise the time of the credit360 developers and support people
• Manage time and costs to optimise profitability
• Achieve agreed targets
• Effective internal communications

Technical:

• Understand and manage detailed CSR data (quantitative and qualitative)
• Gain a thorough understanding of the credit360 system - including setting up the system for clients, data input and training client groups (on and off site)
• Knowledge of international reporting processes e.g. GRI, AA1000, BitC, London Benchmarking Group etc

Qualifications: 

Personal Specification:

You are talented, professional and enthusiastic, with a business-like approach and a minimum of 3 years client facing experience. Other attributes that would be advantageous are:

• Solid planning and organisational skills
• A history of technical expertise - a background in consultancy, science, software engineering or data management
• Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable results orientation
• The ability to learn quickly

Essential skills:

• Methodical and practical, with clear analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellence in communicating with clients and internally - both in writing and verbally
• Commercial acumen
• Teamwork and co-operation

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of CSR and CSR based information
• An understanding of web technologies
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Customer focus
• Adaptability and flexibility
• German or other European languages

Compensation: Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 depending upon experience.
