Position Overview

Solar Sporting Goods is seeking a college student social media intern to assist with social media account management and growth. Duties include developing ad copy graphics, videos, and text, adhering to creative commons and graphic liscening issues, and other activities associated with business development on social media with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

This is an unpaid internship for spring semester. We are willing to work with educational institutes in an attempt to receive credits where possible, provided that your college has such a program available and is reasonably accessible to businesses. However this internship is not the equivalent of formal course credits.

This position is 100% telework, open anywhere in the US. US applicants only. Flexible hours. Applicants must be presently attending a college working toward a degree in advertising and/or business marketing, have their own computer, internet connection, and access to any software needed for creative ad copy development, such as Adobe creative Cloud or other.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of solar power and /or renewable energy: 2 years (Preferred)
• College credits in advertising/marketing with social media: 2 years (Required)
