Position Overview
We provide opportunity for those who are highly motivated, ambitious, inquisitive and eager to learn and take initiative. We have several designers who joined Handel early in their careers and have quickly made their way to becoming future leaders. As a Project Architect/Project Manager, you will lead project teams, provide mentorship and be a key part of leadership and management.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years’ Experience
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Interfacing with and lead consultant teams
- Directing and mentoring junior staff
- AutoCAD and Revit (experience a plus)
- Graphic layout experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
- LEED and GPR rating systems
- Management of interior design documents and work directly with interior design team
- All phases of interiors and architectural projects; medium to large scale multi-family experience a plus
- Strong organizational and technical capability
