Chris Sabin and Michael Mullen started GenRenew by a common bond of their love of renewable energy but more importantly their passion of putting together a working environment where people love coming to work and are passionate about what they are doing. This passion will ensure that our clients get the best service possible.

Both Chris and Michael have worked for the largest solar and utility companies and have been in charge of tens of thousands of solar installations and other energy services. At GenRenew they want to use their knowledge base to educate both homeowners and business owners about their energy consumption and provide the best services to move towards a sustainable future through solar.

The Lead Generation Specialist is the brand ambassador and first point of contact for customers. It takes a passionate person, people skills, self-motivation and teamwork to be successful. With ongoing sales, product, and marketing training, you will create urgency and awareness of the GenRenew brand and educate potential customers about our services. You will engage in conversations, qualify homes for solar, and schedule in-home consultations for your teammate counterparts, Solar Consultant. You will be working Special Events such as Home Shows, Trade Shows, Etc.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent GenRenew as an ambassador for our vision, driving increased solar awareness
• Engage customers door to door offering them GenRenew's solar service
• Meet the team and individual appointment setting goals and sales goals set each month
• Collaborate with Solar Consultants to help them qualify leads, design systems, and close deals
• Develop and nurture relationships with retail store management at a local level

Compensation

• Job Type: Full-time/ Partime
• Pay: $12 plus uncapped commissions
• top reps make 60k or more
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Salary: $50,000.00 /year
