Regional Dealer Director

Position Overview

The Regional Dealer Director will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting our dealer network on behalf. The Dealer Director will report to the VP of sales and will be integral to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Full time based in Austin, Texas, with occasional travel to our Dallas HQ
• Identify and recruit outside sales entities to join our expansive dealer network
• Manage assigned residential solar dealers
• Train and give ongoing support to the dealer network
• Operate on-sight to assist the individual sales reps
• Act as the primary organizer and point of contact for dealers
• Initiate and receive all customer communication regarding the project
• Resolve and communicate high level customer service issues
• Manage, track and execute all operational requirements for the dealers

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 3-5 yrs experience in B2C sales leadership
• 3-5 yrs experience in outside energy, home improvment or solar sales
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Previous solar industry experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Spanish Speaking a plus
