Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented sales professional to join an elite team of sales reps. As a closer, you will seek qualified homeowners and build your pipeline. Top reps will also receive qualified warm leads from a number of different channels. You will be responsible for giving an in-home presentation, typically in the evening, and closing the sale.

You will be backed by our state of the art software to demonstrate the design, function, and benefits of custom proposals tailored to each home, while educating the homeowner on the numerous financial and other benefits of switching to solar. You’ll set your own availability while earning commission and building your base residual.

Responsibilities

  • Sell homeowners on the value of converting their home to Blue Raven Solar power
  • Own the sales process for your leads
  • Use our software tools to demonstrate design proposals to customers
  • Execute in a highly organized sales cycle and keep the team informed via our CRM
  • Receive rigorous training on selling in this fast-growing, lucrative industry

Qualifications

  • Impressive track record meeting or exceeding sales metrics
  • Experienced in a one-sit close sales environment
  • Well-organized and comfortable presenting to customers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to direct the conversation without being “salesy”
  • Willing to visit and pitch prospective customers in their homes
  • Not the standard, burnt out sales person. Understands that success is built on your own skill and hard work
  • Willing to trust the process that has taken us to a nationwide top 10 solar installer in less than 3 years
