Position Overview
PetersenDean is currently looking for a Lead Solar Installer for our location in West Sacramento, CA.
Responsibilities
The master position will provide leadership and expertise for our solar installation crews while attending to the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise
- Project status updates
- Inventory
- Timely installations
- Work off of plan designs
- Layout and assembly of solar modules and mounting hardware
- Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
- Electrical wiring of solar system (AC and DC)
- Job completion documentation
- Clean job site
Qualifications
- Solar/PV installations – Required
- Knowledge of PV systems, install details, and site survey equipment
- General construction
- Electrical wiring of AC and DC systems – Basic
- Building materials
- Written and verbal communication skills – Required
- Diploma / G.E.D.
- Clean D.M.V. / Clean Background / Clean Drug Screen
