Job Description
A nationwide leader in solar installations is seeking Outside Sales Professionals who wants to learn the solar industry. We are expanding our sales territory and there is tremendous opportunities for the right candidate- room for growth in a growing industry and big earning potential!
- We are looking for qualified, hard-working, driven, focused, high-energy, professional, and independent individuals to learn this specialized field. The individual will generate their own leads ($1,000 bonus will be given for each lead that turns into a deal) and an 8% commission on all solar projects.
- These are the highest paid commissions in the industry. As well as, high commissions paid on: roof, windows, HVAC, and other energy efficiency products.
- The ideal candidate for this position would have established networking groups, and/or community groups, such as; church, school, Toastmasters, social media following, etc.
Qualifications
- Self Motivated and the ability to work within a team or by yourself.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills both written and spoken.
- Available to work flexible hours including week-ends (when needed).
- Must be 18 with a valid Driver's License.
