Position Overview

If you have a background/interest in environmental science, communications, data management, data visualization, and web work, ERG has an exciting entry-level opportunity to join the team in our Arlington, Virginia office. 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnership program support;
  • Staffing a Helpline; and
  • Database and spreadsheet management, and basic website maintenance. 


The ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor's degree in environmental science or policy;
  • 0 to 3 years of experience;
  • A superb eye for detail;
  • Outstanding writing and organizational skills;
  • A talent for creative problem-solving; and
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle many projects and demands.

Desired background:

  • Familiarity and experience with water conservation and sustainability issues; and
  • Saleforce.com, HTML coding and Drupal, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access, a plus.
