Position Overview

We are looking to hire a few highly motivated individuals for our Junior Energy Consultant position to specialize in gaining community support for the development of local community solar farms.

All team members must have high energy, self motivation, and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition and retention
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
• Understanding and properly explaining contracts
• Managing territories efficiently and effectively
• Participating in daily training workshops

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree preferred (in progress ok)
• Clear background check and drug test (upon hire)
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Willingness to learn and ability to train others
• Desire to positively impact our environment
• Professional conduct and image
