Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

CED Greentech is currently seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative in its Portland office, located at 14160 SW 72nd Ave. Suite 150, Tigard, OR 97224.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line interface with our customer network.
• Take orders, quote & land projects, coordinate deliveries, work hand in hand with both warehouse and sales team.
• Keep high levels of organization while taking on multiple tasks at a time.
• Be in constant contact with Outside Sales, Vendors, & Customers to make solar adoption easy in the Pacific Northwest.
• Keep up with the rapidly changing solar industry and technology.
• Be excited about helping customers achieve their project goals efficiently, and with excellence.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative workplace driven by dedication to our ever-expanding alternative energy future, and a lot of fun.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Solar, Wind, Electrical, Lighting industry experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Experience working with customers in a sales or service-driven role.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from time to time.
• Ability to get excited about green energy.
