Responsibilities
- Produce Managers manage the daily operations of the department.
- They also serve as role models, promoting a positive attitude and motivating Team Members to excel in their immediate job responsibilities.
- Produce Managers are also responsible for ensuring a customer-centric, clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Top candidates bring 2+ years of experience with fruit and vegetable cut preparation, processing and packaging procedures as well as 3+ years in a retail environment.
- Since we are a natural/organic grocery store we do prefer experience in that industry.
- However, regardless of your industry, proven success managing shrink, sales, gross profit, and total overhead are a must.
- Above all else, you need the drive to successfully lead a team while exemplifying world class customer service (no exceptions).
Compensation: 14.69 - USD
