Territory Representative

We are a young Natural Foods brokerage with offices on the West Coast, representing some of the best organic brands in the marketplace. Our approach is Kaizen, or continuous improvement, for both ourselves and our principals. 

Position Overview

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Entry Level Merchandiser to help service our retail accounts in San Francisco and the surrounding area. We are a Certified B Corp.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brands in stores with merchandising: Improving the product mix, improving shelf placement, building displays, restocking inventory.
• Introduce new products from our brands to the independently owned natural foods stores.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principal clients.
• Be proactive in supporting retailers, distributors and principals with resets (sometimes will require overnighters), store openings, trade shows.
• Be aware and report on efforts by competitors of our principals: new items, new pricing, new packaging, etc.
• Audit stores to maintain a record of new and existing placement.

• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Interest in Organic Food and Products
• Access to reliable transportation to get store to store and carry samples
• Ability to work flexible hours (overnighter/early mornings)
• College Degree Preferred 

Compensation: Full-Time Salary Position (TBD DOE). Full medical and dental benefits after 60 Day Probation Period.
