Position Overview 

Energy
Efficiency Experts is currently seeking a home improvement professional to join
our team as a Weatherization Project Manager. This position is a major
contributor to the continued success of our organization. You will be part of a
team that manages weatherization jobs in DC-Metro area homes. Sustainability is
one of the fastest growing industries in the US and this position allows you to
learn the fundamental elements of residential efficiency.

Responsibilities 

• Manage crews performing weatherization work.
• Implement recommendations outlined in workscope and ensure
  high quality of work.

Qualifications 

• Honesty, Trustworthiness, and Reliability.
• Project management experience preferred; college graduate
  preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, reliable &
  presentable vehicle, laptop and smartphone.
• Ability and willingness to work in small spaces, such as
  attics and crawlspaces.

Skills
Required: 

• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft
  Office and Google Docs.
• Ability to use mobile device for on-site documentation.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Self-motivated person, capable of both team and independent
  work.
