Position Overview
At Triton, our Energy Consultants help consult with potential clients on their energy needs. We work one-on-one with clients going over the benefits of switching to clean renewable energy.
Our Energy Consultants work closely with teams on a daily basis and get one-on-one coaching from our management team. We recently expanded our new office in San Diego and we are seeking growth oriented candidates who are excited to be a part of a growing office. Passion over solar and environmental sustainability a must!
Ideal candidates must be competitive and ambitious to get in management roles. Our Entry Level position is perfect for individuals seeking experience needed to springboard to their dream career. We are opening our doors to entry levels, perfect for inexperienced but hard working individuals seeking insight in a professional business setting for future advancement.
Responsibilities
- Face-to-face customer acquisition
- Customer relationship management (CRM) software, Zoho
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports on tracking and monitoring clients and prospects
- One on one coaching and training from our management team
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 2 or 4 year degree preferred, not required
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face-to-face
- Driven, self-motivated professional who has a passion helping people
- Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
