~ Jim's Organic Coffee is a well-established, wholesale, all-organic coffee roaster with an excellent presence along the East Coast including our home base in New England. ~
Position Overview
We are looking for a New England salesperson to cover this exciting and growing market. We have many, many solid accounts that need expertise, service, and upselling in order to grow their and our sales. These accounts are not just in Natural Foods but also restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and various 'brewed coffee' outlets.
Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility are:
- Managing quality control at retail
- Responsible for brand positioning at retail
- Corporate calls and relationships
- Growing business through cold calls and leads we receive
- Working with our sales and marketing team at trade shows
- Educating about the benefits of great organic coffee
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with at least two years' experience in selling into this trade.
- We are looking for someone who knows the market and is an independent self-starter.
Compensation: Salary plus commission and excellent benefits.
