These services range from providing energy audits, capital needs assessments, construction scopes & specifications, and construction monitoring services for individual buildings, to broad-scale planning & implementation of energy efficient retrofits for large owners of affordable housing portfolios.

Position Overview
The Program Associate (Assessments and Construction Management) will coordinate Enterprise's provision of energy efficiency analysis and construction oversight services to affordable housing organizations. Work will take place at Enterprise's New York office and in multifamily affordable housing properties throughout New York City.
The Program Associate will provide support to the Enterprise's New York Technical Services, working as part of a small, highly productive team. Tasks will include managing logistics for program-related activities; conducting site surveys; producing reports; collecting and assembling program data; and monitoring program performance, etc.
This position reports to the Construction Manager of the Technical Services team in New York.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical services per department work plan
- Under the direction of Senior Technical Services staff, manage logistics of field work for Technical Services projects, including coordinating schedules and client communication
- Under the direction of Senior Technical Services and Construction staff, perform field work for Construction Needs Analysis and Energy Assessments
- Under the direction of Senior Technical Services staff, generate energy assessment (energy audits) reports
- Participate in training clients' management and building staff
- Cultivate excellent working relationships with superintendents and property managers
- Provide general support to program staff in execution of technical services activities
Qualifications
- Requires either an undergraduate degree with one year of relevant energy-related experience, or two (2) years of in-field energy audit or/and construction coordination experience
- Requires good written and oral communication skills
- Desire to cultivate deep understanding of Enterprise's corporate vision, organizational priorities, and culture
