Position Overview
OGC is is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to be based out of its Portland location. This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Director of
Sales and Account Management and the Account Managers, ensuring timely
movement of information to internal and external customers. This individual will work very closely
with the Director of Sales & Account Management in helping drive the
day-to-day business at OGC.
Responsibilities

Provides
executive and administrative support for the Director of Sales and Account
Management and the Account Managers as needed including preparing documents,
calendar maintenance and scheduling; meeting agenda/meeting minute preparation,
making travel/meeting arrangements, coordinating catering,
preparing/distributing reports and financial data, etc.

Using
various software programs including Word, Excel and other OGC software systems,
generates correspondence and other documents as directed which may include
letters, memos, labels, forms, policies and procedures (includes handling of
confidential information). Heavy focus
on Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in these areas required.

Performs other duties and special projects as
assigned. These include: Following up
with account management team on deliverables, meeting agendas, account visit
schedules, completion of deadlines by activity and account, working with Director of Sales and Account Management to
coordinate coverage schedules between them and their teams; developing an
understanding of customer landscape.
This person's schedule will mirror the Director of Sales and Account
Management - accessible as needed to perform the functions of the position.
Qualifications
- Position typically requires a college degree, or
equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years administration and reception experience. - Experience in a team environment producing
results in conjunction with fellow team members required. - Must be able to work
well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside
clients and vendors. - Previous work experience in a perishable products
industry preferred. - Experience with
workplace longevity, working a required schedule, showing up consistently and
on time. - Must have the ability to learn
and use a variety of computer software programs. - Basic
math skills required.

Compensation: Pay range is $16.97-$26.52 per hour.
