Position Overview 

This
position provides support to customers who use CET's Green Home Services.  This position involves answering customer
calls, processing customer contracts, and providing follow-up sales support, as
well as general administrative assistance. 
Candidates should be excited to talk to customers about ways to save
energy and money.

Responsibilities

Position
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs):

  • Develop
    and carry out follow-up sales strategies.
  • Track
    and report sales efforts and results.
  • Call
    customers to follow up on the status of their projects.
  • Explain
    program or technical requirements to customers and builders on the phone
    or in person.
  • Explain
    the benefits of energy efficiency upgrades to customers.
  • Enter
    contract information in databases.
  • Schedule
    staff for appointments.
  • Track
    and process customer deposits.
  • Provide
    general administrative support, including: copying, faxing, preparing
    materials, and completing database entry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1
    year of administrative office experience.
  • Minimum 1
    year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient
    in Windows-based software.
  • Knowledge about home construction/renovation preferred.
  • Ability
    to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent
    organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and listening skills. 
  • Passion
    for the environment and community involvement. 

Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits.  CET offers competitive pay rates, benefits,
