Position Overview 

The
Contractor Services Coordinator is responsible for tracking quality and
production of weatherization contractors in the Mass Save Home Energy Services
program. The position will support field staff and contractors, and will be
responsible for tracking and communicating program guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

Position
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs):

  • Enroll
    weatherization contractors in the program and ensure required training,
    certification, and guidelines are met and maintained.
  • Track
    schedules and completion in databases and communicate with contractors not
    meeting time-to-serve metrics.
  • Maintain
    Merit Based Allocation scores and communicate to contractors.
  • Prepare
    work orders and allocate to contractors using the established allocation
    process.
  • Respond
    to programmatic and technical questions from weatherization contractors.
  • Support
    field staff in coordination and communication with contractors.
  • Ensure
    customer satisfaction through collaboration with customer service and
    quality assurance staff
  • Maintain and
    communicate program rules and standards.
  • Provide
    general administrative support to contractors and field staff.

Qualifications:

  • 2
    years of customer service experience.
  • 1
    year of experience in energy efficiency / home construction / renovation
    desired.
  • Demonstrated
    computer skills including use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook,
    Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability
    to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent
    attention to quality, detail and accuracy
  • Excellent
    organization and tracking skills
  • Strong
    communication and listening skills 

Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits. CET offers competitive pay rates, benefits,
