Position Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company. For seniors, we would consider starting at part time then phasing into full time in May, after graduation.

Responsibilities 

• Sales support management as it relates to technical support, layouts, project engineering, etc...
• Post order activity management as it relates to technical aspects of order processing including customer layout review, technical review, layouts, EcoCalcs preparation, etc...
• Technical support management as it relates to customer inquiries, PE interaction, AHJ interaction, vendor interaction, etc...
• EcoCalcs improvement management as it relates to technical suggestions for improvement, general spreadsheet suggestions for improvement, simplification, clarity, salesperson user-friendliness, and accuracy including COGs accuracy, etc...
• Customer training management including training webinar management, manual and guide dissemination, etc...
• General and technical process improvements including process automation, etc...
• Management of technical layouts using ModSolar, CAD, and SketchUp, etc...
• PE Set creation management in coordination with partner firms including customer approval interactions.
• General customer interaction and improvements for purposes of furthering repeat business, customer satisfaction, and increased sales as it relates to technical aspects of orders.
• R&D support as requested by R&D department
• Fleshing out of in-Operations department technical processes and team over time with intent to handle increased volumes efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Absorption and technical management of new product lines (1-2 per year).
• Trade-show activities as they relate to technical aspects of the operation.
• Additional activities as defined by Operations department.
• Additional activities as per your inputs as agreed upon within the Operations department.

• BS in Engineering or Associates in Architectural and Mechanical Design.
