Position Overview

We are looking to recruit a bright and willing graduate to join our growing Implementation team. This is a full-time permanent post.

Your role would involve working alongside implementation specialists to carry out the initial build and configuration, through to acceptance testing and training of end users.

Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, credit360 has an entrepreneurial, team-based culture. Your client management skills will be used to deliver and manage our web-based Sustainability systems to large-multinational companies.

Responsibilities  

High level overview of job role:

Implementation  

• Building the system as per the defined requirements using the system user interface
• Liaising with the development team for custom configuration and development of the system.

 Consultancy and support 

• Providing support to existing clients including report generation at critical times of the year; and
• Supporting the development team when testing functionality.

Training 

• Providing training to clients on existing functionality; and
• Drafting training documentation both generically for the system and for client-specific purposes.

Qualifications

Full-job specification:

• Experience: Prior experience is not essential; although any experience in software implementation and the field of Sustainability (both anagement and reporting) is a bonus.
• Education: The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level.

Required skills, knowledge and characteristics:

• A high level of numeracy;
• Working knowledge of Excel;
• Detail-oriented;
• Familiarity with web-based applications;
• Ability to learn new software applications rapidly;
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills as this is a customer-facing role; and
• Some knowledge of relational databases or technical experience is highly desirable (in particular SQL & XML).
