Position Overview:

EcoAmmo is an employee owned company currently seeking a LEED Facilitator to be responsible for administration, facilitation and technical support for commercial, institutional, and residential projects seeking LEED certification in any of the following CaGBC platforms: LEED 2009, LEED CI, LEED EBOM, LEED for Homes.

Responsibilities: 

  • LEED project administration in any of the following, LEED 2009, LEED CI, LEED EBOM, LEED for Homes.
  • Collecting, verifying and organizing LEED data and documentation.
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of the green building industry, and conduct product research to confirm product claims.
  • Herding cats, following up when others are procrastinating, tired or disillusioned.

Education & Experience  

  • University degree, college diploma or program certificate. (eg, architecture, building science, industrial design, business administration, project management, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years direct experience working with and submitting LEED projects for review in Canada (CaGBC: LEED 2009, LEED CI, LEED EBOM, LEED for Homes).
  • Valid driver's license (this role involves ongoing site visitation).
  • Confident and proficient with computer systems and software, particularly Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP with specialty an asset but not required. 

Compensation: Salary is $45,000-60,000 -- to be negotiated (will depend on experience).
