Position Overview:
Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their South Florida office.
Qualifications:
- Must have worked on Large Projects ($5 million +)
- Must have multi-project experience (3 $2-4 million simultaneously)
- Piece work experience for multi family
- Understanding of quantitative reporting, production tracking & change orders
- Major equipment purchasing experience
- BIM experience for institutional work
- Strong computer skills a must
- Must be knowledgeable in Accubid, Primavera P3, AutoCAD
- Must have a high financial aptitude
- Strong business skills
- Ability to supervise employees to obtain optimum performance
- Must be able to track all projects' progress by maintaining logs
- Professional degree (MBA, EE) preferred
