Morris Adjmi Architects is a full-service architecture and interior design firm of 20 professionals located in the Flatiron neighborhood in New York City working on a range of new buildings and interiors that include commercial projects, residential developments, and private homes. The firm traces its roots to Aldo Rossi's Studio di Architettura and retains a deep interest in design that is advanced in its thinking and inspired by its urban context.
Position Overview:
The firm seeks Mid-Level Architect candidates with at least 5 years experience in the design and construction of new buildings and interior spaces. Candidate will report to the Managing Director and assigned Project Manager.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
- Versatility with AutoCAD and 3D software.
- Excellent drawing and drafting abilities.
- Experience with NYC zoning and code regulations.
- Interest in innovative and sustainable building materials and technologies.
- Genuine interest in design excellence and superior technical execution.
- Strong inclination toward teamwork with an outgoing nature.
