We are currently focused on installing photovoltaic solar systems for residential and commercial properties in Southern California and looking to extend operations beyond in the coming months.
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced sales representatives to join our INBOUND Sales call centre. On a daily basis you will be receiving INBOUND calls from prospects wanting to enquire and purchase a new Solar System.
Qualifications:
About You
You must be highly self motivated and able to meet KPI targets on a monthly basis. Your passion for sales and superior closing skills will be necessary in order to succeed in this role. You must be well spoken and have competent computer skills.
Compensation: You will be rewarded with:
- Product and sales training
- $30k retainer plus excellent UNCAPPED monthly commission bonus
- OTE $150k per year
