Position Overview:
RECON is looking to fill a key noise, air, and greenhouse gas specialist position at the senior level. This position entails working independently as well as in collaboration with other staff (San Diego and Tucson offices) developing high quality technical studies, mentoring and training other team members, and making public presentations of studies on occasion.
This position requires demonstrated working knowledge of standard noise modeling and analytical software, standard air quality modeling and analytical software, GIS software, and knowledge of all Federal, State (California/Arizona), and local regulations.
Qualifications:
The right candidate will have a Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience. Must have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and be a strong team player with the ability to consistently perform in a dynamic environment.
