Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

Sonali Solar is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to help develop our expanding company. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing organization in the solar energy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop business relationships with new customers in a B2B environment.
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and lead conversions.
• Represent Sonali Solar at industry trade shows.
• Handle customer relationships through email and telephone correspondence, as well as on-site account management.
• Generate proposals for new customers.
• Prepare reports for senior management and customers.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Assist with administrative work when needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of sales/marketing and customer service experience.
• A dynamic personality and strong attitude with the ability to follow-up on new opportunities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in the solar industry preferred.
