Qualifications:
Requires 3 years experience developing client relationships, analyzing energy markets, evaluating energy infrastructure investment opportunities, and participating in client and investor presentations.
Experience developing and executing complex investment transactions on behalf of energy sector clients involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, defense, proxy contests, restructuring, designing risk management strategies, leveraged buy-outs, and equity and debt offerings. MBA Finance, FINRA Series 63.
Compensation: Marathon personnel are substantial investors in the company and are eligible, subject to certain metrics, for the company's profit-sharing plan and option plan for additional ownership units.
