Richir Outreach specializes in online campaigning, fundraising and communications, grassroots activism and people powered advocacy. Our goal is to build the progressive movement by bridging the gaps between online and offline organizing - integrating field, communications, and data management strategies. We are a small, dynamic team of web developers with an awesome list of clients who are dedicated to the common good.
Position Overview:
Richir Outreach seeks a new staff member to provide support in the development and implementation of online outreach and advocacy campaigns. This position will provide the opportunity to work with a broad variety of non-profit organizations on a range of issues. You will get direct, hands-on experience with online campaigning and have the opportunity to assist in web development, design, and operations projects. Responsibilities will vary, however we are seeking candidates with expert-level skillsets in MySQL, PHP, CSS and JavaScript.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in MySQL, PHP, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal and Joomla
- Interest in new media and social media trends and tactics
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- NOTE: this is not an entry-level position
