Position Overview:
To assist in the execution of the marketing strategy for the Instinct® brand. This will involve working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a role as both a project manager and a day to day business manager.
Travel Requirements: Requires travel up to 15% of time
Responsibilities:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic and tactical marketing activities (e.g., - website management, POS, events, sales support, etc.) for existing products and new product launches.
- Manage brand projects by demonstrating independence and ownership via timeline updates, meeting notes, presentations, agency communications, project forms, and budget management.
- Develop and execute the promotion plan. Analyze promotional programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency.
- Be the lead on all aspects of the competitive data reporting and analysis.

Skills and Technical Expertise:
- Highly developed project management skills
- Experienced in classical marketing techniques and brand building initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years in consumer packaged goods marketing working across multiple channels of trade
- Demonstrable history of delivering superior results in a performance based company
- Proven success in working within a team based environment
- MBA Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) with work experience mandatory
